房間日照好、設計可愛，打理得非常乾淨，還有迎賓點心(樓下麵包店的餅乾)，空間很大，要展開幾個行李箱都沒問題。廚具很好用，雖然沒有附油鹽等必需品，但我們仍度過一段快樂的自炊時光。樓下麵包店員工很友善。雖然有些評論說大馬路旁直到晚上都很吵，的確，但就像白噪音，晚上很累聽不到的。
停車格免費是有條件的，下午6點前不能停，但6點前又必須入住，因此還是得找附近停車場。物件位於3樓，要走外部鐵梯，攜帶大件行李會稍微吃力。第一天晚上洗澡時突然停電，雖然過一陣子復電，但嚇得要死，而且水要重燒，不知是否常態。

使いやすい間取りと外国のようなインテリアで、ゆっくり過ごせます。バスルームやキッチンは機能的で、とても使いやすく、洗濯やアイロンがけのできるスペースもあり、滞在者への配慮を感じました。備え付けの紅茶やコーヒー、ウエルカムスイーツもおいしいです！
