走路就能抵達路面電車站及超商超市，有免費的停車位，浴室有大浴缸附了一個小電視可以慢慢泡澡很舒服，兩個家庭分開兩個房間不怕互相打擾，而且還有一些玩具可以玩，讓小孩打發時間非常貼心，最後就是熊本的自來水打開就能喝真是太棒了，而且蠻好喝的XDDDD

大変綺麗でトイレも浴室も使いやすかった。
キッチンはあるけどキッチン用具が書いてなかったので調理しないように考えて食材買っておいたのですがお皿等用品も揃っていたので備品に付け足して情報を揚げる方が良いと思います。

獨立分開了，上下層兩間臥室。和其他同行者生活作息時間不一樣，就不會干擾彼此休息。廚具齊全，有瓦斯爐有冷凍庫，方便烹飪，超市藥妝店很近方便購買。距離熊本市地面電車站很近，搭乘公眾交通便利。
洗完衣服後，無法曬乾衣服或烘乾衣服。客廳的坐墊不方便坐，走一天，在客廳用餐造成膝蓋很不舒服。 2樓房間的床墊有狀況

新しく、綺麗な建物。キッチン、水回り、空調設備も充実。浴室テレビもあり。 清掃もしっかりされており、洗濯機と浴室乾燥も有効活用しました。
洗濯機の操作方法が今ひとつわからなかった。 2階のベッドの硬さが均一でなかった気がした。
