    Had a wonderful six day rest in this wonderful hotel I would highly recommend it to all

    The sheets on the bed had 2 rips right in the middle of the bed. One of the robes had a big hole on the back of it and it's waist tie was filthy. The light in the room flickered constantly. The mug in the room was not clean. The headboard had dust all over it. NOT what I expected. The location is not walking distance to the downtown area, but on the positive side, they do give you a free bus pass to use and parking was free.

    We enjoyed our stay at Otter Hotel. The view from the hot pool us simply amazing. Same with our room. We were surprised to see a deer from our balcony. Nice sight indeed!! The hotel is walking distance (about 10 min walk) to the shopping district. But the hotel also provided us with free vouchers for bus rides to various sightseeing destinations (including shopping area) 👌

    The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. We found strands of hair when we checked out, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. That said, the location is great and very convenient for getting around. Everything else during our stay went smoothly, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spa
