As beautiful as the inside was, the outside needs some work. I would recommend a great local landscaper.

My wife and I loved the Florida room and the kitchen was lovely.
I was a little disappointed there was not hammock but the swing chair was a good replacement.

The Master Bathroom was excellent, the Kitchen was excellent. The rest was good.

Kitchen was nice
AC did not work right, no propane, dirty sticky floors, and I’m pretty sure the owner was living in the house at the same time of my stay. The house had been renovated and there was someone else staying in the other part of the house. If you’re going to be staying or have other people in a house, you should definitely disclose this info on the listing. The photos listed on booking are very old. Backyard looked very different and was not unkept. Ripped open bag of dog poop on the floor in backyard.
