this is an awesome location, friendly neighbors and right there next to the channel. Manatis was swiming by at every hour of the day, short kayaking to the springs. I would stay there again and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation

Location,peace and quiet,facilities indoor and outsde...great waching manatees, the jumping mullets and best of all..thedolphins we saw one day playing in the canal

Location was fantastic. The kayaks and dock were awesome too.
The overwhelming mold-mildew smell. The living room furniture. Everything was warped ( walls floor fixtures) bathroom door doesn’t close.
