Overall, the apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very nice terrace that adds to the overall comfort and appeal. The location is excellent only a 1–2 minute walk from the service and market areas (Eastern Market), where coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, laundry services, barber shops, beauty salons, medical laboratories, and banks are all conveniently nearby. The reception area is cozy and pleasant, and the abundant natural sunlight throughout the apartment creates a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms look very good; the beds are comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay. The bedroom furniture features a more classic style, giving the rooms a traditional and elegant character. In addition, all three toilets were clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the necessary tools. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed Gamal, the owner, for his outstanding cooperation, attention, and continuous follow-up regarding our concerns prior to check in ,particularly related to heater availability—as well as during our stay. His prompt support in sharing the required QR codes for access through the residents’ gates of Rehab City (rather than visitor gates) and assisting with internet recharging when needed was highly appreciated, especially as we were traveling with two children who regularly use their iPads. I would also like to commend the security team, particularly Salama and Khaled, who were extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout our stay. Overall, the apartment provides all the essential facilities needed, and we are very satisfied with our experience so far. Thank you once again for your support and attention,we truly appreciate the efforts made to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The car parking availability. Although there are large street parking areas, there are no dedicated parking spots assigned to each apartment. Especially at night, finding a nearby parking space sometimes took around 5–6 minutes of driving around the building. We also noticed the presence of some flies in the apartment, and having a fly swatter available would be helpful.

L'appartement est très bien situé, idéal pour un séjour en famille.Ahmed notre est toujours disponible pour nous aider dans toutes les situations.L'appartement est juste en face de East court Rehab 2, vous avez tout à proximité des restaurants, pharmacie et des banques.Rehab est situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport et 25 minutes du centre du Caire.Je recommande fortement.
