All was super great

The apartment was quite large and comfortable, with three separate rooms, which was very important for us, as we were all able to have our own personal space during our stay.

What I did not like was that, although our Booking.com reservation stated that breakfast was included for free, we were charged for the drinks. This was not mentioned anywhere in our booking, nor were we informed about it when we went for breakfast. I find this unacceptable and misleading, as guests should be clearly informed in advance about any extra charges. I was also disappointed by the way the staff handled my complaint about cockroaches in my room. When I informed them, they simply said they would “look into it”, but in practice they seemed completely indifferent and did not treat the issue seriously. In addition, the bathrooms were not properly clean. There were hairs in the shower, which gave a very poor impression of the overall cleanliness of the apartment. For a hotel stay, this is not acceptable.
