Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a tengerpart pár lépésre van, több élelmiszerbolt és étterem is van sétatávolságban. A tengerparti nyügzsgés közepében. Hatalmas apartman, minden szükséges feltétellel, teljesen új konyhagépekkel. Parkolni a ház előtt az utcán ingyenesen lehet, néha nehéz helyet találni.
Az utca felőli hálószobában nem volt klíma. Egy kulcs volt az apartmanhoz és az utcai ajtó önzáródó volt, így vigyázni kellett, nehogy az ember kizárja magát. A tengerparton nagyon sok volt a tengeri fű hulladék,
