Modern and exclusive Apartment 50m from Sea Torrevieja Center

L’appartement est somptueux. Rénové avec énormément de goût. Emplacement idéal à quelques pas de la mer et de la promenade. Restaurants, cafés, supermarchés … tout est disponible au coin de la rue. Et que dire de Paulina !!! Communication facile, flexible, très attentionnée. Je recommande à 100%

It was a lovely spotlessly clean apartment, with everything you needed for your stay.

I never write bad reviews and I don't like to but I feel I have to point out a few things in this instance. First of all I would like to say that it was pristine as regards to cleanliness and had everything you needed for a stay. BUT... It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment, which it wasn't. There's one bedroom and a sofa in the living room. It also says it's Beachfront, which it isn't. It's 3 streets away from the beach. We booked the apartment which says on the booking that it's a "modern and exclusive" apartment. When we arrived there was a lock box with the keys in the porch exactly as stated. We were very disappointed when we realised that it was only one bedroom and I contacted the owner who said that no it was a one bed with a sofa in the living room, which clearly is not a "two bedroom" apartment!!!!! It was freezing cold and took a day for the heating to get any heat inside. I feel that the owner should change the wording on her advertisement and tell the truth about it for other people.

Close to the city center and beach. Modern and well equipped.
