From the moment we entered to this hotel, we were welcomed and well taken care of and everytime the Manger Mr. Sriyan was personally taking care of us and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. They decorated our room so beautifully and the view from our room was mesmerising. Thank you Mr. Sriyan and your team for making our stay amazing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and it’s absolutely not worth the money they charge. The property is heavily overpriced for what it actually offers. The only thing they seem to promote is a so-called “beach view,” but beyond that, there is nothing that justifies the high cost. It feels like they are simply exploiting the location to charge unreasonable prices. The staff behavior is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The way they treat customers, especially during checkout, is unacceptable. If they suspect anything missing—even something as minor as a towel—they don’t handle it respectfully. Instead, they are ready to open and check your luggage in front of everyone, which is both embarrassing and disrespectful. What’s worse is that this happens even when the mistake is clearly on their side due to poor inventory management. Their pricing system is also unfair and poorly managed. For the same type of room, they charge significantly more based on the number of people, without offering any additional value or service. This feels like a complete rip-off. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant. For the sake of a beach view, don’t waste your time, money, or peace of mind here. The staff attitude and overpriced stay will only ruin your trip.

Good stay. Right at the beach

We book this hotel for three nights and had a lovely time. It was near to most attractive locations, tourist places and to famous cafes around. It is at the centre of the mirissa, which even makes it better for any tourists to stay.
