Barn Gite at La Vieille Grange, with pool in the Dordogne 3 Star

L'accueil chaleureux et les services proposés. Le gite est joliment décoré, Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation et la piscine. La cadre est très tranquille et le jardin est superbement fleuri.

La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus équipée en vaisselle.

Everything was perfect. Location, immaculately clean, wonderful quiet pool and surrounds and friendly hosts.

Nothing.

L’accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique et le gîte est équipé de tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison, il y a juste à amener ses vêtements. Et son maillot pour profiter de la piscine 🏖

We loved everything about the property. the Hosts were wonderful and when we arrived they had done a little welcome pack for us. The accommodation was very clean and wonderful and it felt like home for the holiday. The swimming pool was lovely, and perfect for our children and ourselves. Although the pool is shared with the other rental(s) we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and there were plenty of sun loungers to go around. The surrounding area is very rural and there are some stunning views. The local village is lovely and about a mile away, If you can please pop in to the bar/shop in the village. About five miles away you have Aubeterre, which is a stunning historic village and has some good places to eat, as does Riberac. Although it may seem that you are away from the main tourist hot spots they are not too far away Perigueux and Bergerac. I would like to personally thank the hosts for the best holiday we have had in France and will be definitely coming back to see them.

This is extremely hard and to be up front I could not think of anything to be critical about. For us as a family it was perfect and wish we could of stayed longer.
