Situat chiar linga parcul Copou,intr-o cladire istorica,apartamentul e frumos,luminos,fantastic restaurat.
Cladirea e veche si ar necesita reparatii in spatiile comune.In pod sunt porumbei care murdaresc peretii.

The location is excellent, with most of the windows opening towards the Copou Garden. It is also very close to the UAIC university and campus. Free parking is available. The street, apartment, and building are charming with bygone era vibes. Rares, the host, is very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again ;)

Great location in historical building. Can see the Copou park from the windows and balcony. Apartment is clean and beautifully restored and decorated.
The exterior of the building and entrance area look run-down. Don’t let that discourage you, though, because once inside, the apartment is charming and well maintained. One small recommendation: a full-length mirror would be greatly appreciated, especially for those of us who like a final outfit check before heading out. 🥰
