Casa cu Bolta

This is a fully-equipped one-bedroom apartment in a historic building. The apartment has been sympathetically modernised (the air conditioning system is a wonder), while parts of the building are still being renovated. Although the whole experience has a strong personal touch (we were met by our friendly and thoughtful host who showed us around and explained everything), it is in fact a commercial operation that conforms with all safety and security requirements. Parking is in a private garage immediately adjacent to the building entrance. The apartment is on the edge of Iasi's largest public park, near the university, in a quiet but lively neighbourhood. There is a good supermarket around the corner. The apartment has views into the park. It's comfortably furnished, everything works, and we really felt at home for the five days we were there. The old centre of town (around the cathedral and Palace of Culture) is about half an hour's walk away, and there are frequent buses and (when they are running) trams.

Atmospheric apartment in historical building, wonderful host. We had breakfast around the little table on the balcony overlooking Copou garden, so peaceful and evocative of other times.

LOVELY spacious apartment, well-appointed and modern, directly on Parc. There are crow visitors (sometimes) in trees above! There's a GREAT Georgian resto down the street (300m) and some very chill resto/coffeeshops very nearby. Quiet neighborhood, families/dog ppl in Parc.
