Linden Copou

Colaborare foarte buna cu proprietarul. Apartamentul se afla la etaj, este decomandat, incapator, avand un living mare si un dormitor cu pat matrimonial. Fotografiile ilustreaza realitatea. Curatenie buna, compartimentare buna, utilat corespunzator. Proprieteta are esspresor, capsulele fiind incluse, pahare, cani de toate dimensiunile, vesela suficienta, de asemenea tacamuri. Priveliste placuta de la balcon, inspre o zona verde dintre blocuri. Foarte aproape de Universitate. In zona este o cafenea si un magazin alimentar. Parcarea se face gratuit pe marginea drumului(stanga/dreapta). Cu siguranta, daca voi reveni in Iasi si voi dori sa stau in zona Copou, voi alege din nou Linden Copou.

Great location, very close to a beautiful park. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and cozy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Recommend this property wholeheartedly

Nothing comes to mind. The stay was amazing

The apartment was well equipped, we had everything that we need for the stay, the atmosphere was cozy. there are 2 smart TVs, parking was available and free, parked on a side of the road. The park is really close, and there are 2 supermarkets 5 min walk from the apartment.

There was a problem with toilet, the water tank kept leaking every other time, and in the end just didn't want to stop, so I had to shut the cold water supply to bathroom, to be able to sleep, it happened at night. I hope it got fixed, Bogdan promised it will be. There where no dining table for us, we ate in front of TV, which isn't unusual for our family, but it might be disrupting for someone else. Also it would be nice to have a lift, but it's nothing our host can do to change it, a little fitness never hurt no body.
