Muy buena ubicación, terraza disponible y cómoda. Tiene cocina, lavadora, wifi… buena relación calidad-precio, y teniendo en cuenta la ubicación.
Muy muy muy caluroso, no tiene apenas ventilación. La manera de entrar es muy liosa. La decoración pide a gritos un arreglo… podrían sacarle más rentabilidad. Las almohadas incómodas.

La ubicación en el centro de Madrid. El apartamento muy cuco con su terraza y muy completo.
Problemas para configurar la televisión. Microondas que pitaba cada dos por tres. Luz de entrada no funcionaba. Son pequeños detalles fáciles de solucionar. No necesitaba la televisión, pero el microondas sí que era un poco molesto
