The location, easy check-in, proactive host, and super-clean apartment. With all amenities available. Felt like home.

Nothing. It was the perfect vacation apartment.

Location was ideal. The flat was very spacious for 2 adults. Great pool for sunbathing and swimming.

Lack of communication from property manager. We stayed in flat 225 for 45 nights. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the apartment had no safe, the patio doors were only lockable by using a chain bolted on to a little hook screwed into the wall. Totally inadequate to stop any unwanted visitors. Upon further inspection we realised there was no kettle, the fold down sofa was very old and uncomfortable and more importantly didn't fold down if you wanted to use it as a bed. The linen supplied for 45 days was totally inadequate, only the linen that was on the bed already and one set of towels. There were two fold out seats for the balcony, one of which was broken and unsafe. We contacted the property manager on the day we moved in, 3rd February, and after two days she agreed to rectify these things. After 3 weeks and further attempts from us to get an update on when these would happen she replied to tell us they were coming to the apartment to fit a washing machine. Totally ignoring our complaints. In short, I would not recommend staying at 225.
