Lokalizacja poza Centrum ale okolica spokojna i wygląda na bezpieczną. Mieszkanie jest w szeregowcu, pierwszy od bramy wjazdowej. Parking od razu przy wejściu. Wejście z na parterze. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, dwie osobne sypialnie, ładna i duża łazienka. Pojemna szafa na dłuższy pobyt. Kuchnia z podstawowym wyposażeniem, da się gotować:)

Byt je nový, velmi krásně a stylově zařízený. Vše ladí nejen oku. Postele velmi pohodlné, krásná kuchyňská linka. Z obývacího pokoje vstup na malou zahrádku se zahradním nábytkem. Velmi solidní závěsy na oknech. Velká koupelna se sprchovým koutem a pračkou, což je super při delším pobytu.
Dám deset bodů, ale chybí malý detail, který by se v tom moderním a krásném prostředí naprosto hodil ... nějaký ventilátor nebo sítě v oknech. Při vedru které bylo v době našeho pobytu, nebylo možné otevřít okna, protože hned dovnitř vletěli komáři. A ventilátor také nebyl k dispozici. V koupelně nefungovala ventilace.
