Perfect Stay Near the City Center

The location is excellent—very close to the city center. I stayed during Christmas, and it was just a short walk to the Christmas market, which was perfect. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the place was easy to find. The staff responded to messages very quickly, were excellent at problem-solving, and handled everything efficiently. The kitchen was very good and fully sufficient for a week-long stay. I highly recommend this place and am planning to visit again in the future.

Not a big issue, but having more than one key would be helpful. Since we were two people sharing one key, it sometimes limited our flexibility.

Lage perfekt. Leider auch ein paar Planungsfehler, die das schöne Appartement abwerten

Das Zimmer war modern und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile, auch Kaffeepads und etwas Milch plus Teebeutel. Es war sehr sauber und auch alles vorhanden vom Fön bis zu Nähzeug.

Das Badezimmer hat keine Heizung, es war sehr kalt dort. Klarer Planungsfehler. Das Wasser der Dusche läuft durch falsche Konstruktion in die Küchenzeile. Wenigstens war das Wasser schön warm. Es erfolgte kein Wechsel der Handtücher, was bei 2 Tagen kein Problem darstellt. Augenscheinlich war der Stromstecker an der Wand für den Fernseher vergessen worden und eine hässliche Leistung vom Bett dorthin verlegt worden. Deshalb am Bett rechts keine Lampe . Heizung wurde nach Info höher gestellt. Matratze war gut. Zimmer schön groß und es gab sogar Schlappen. Das Treppenhaus ist zu eng , rund und es gibt keine Handgriffe, was mE so nicht zulässig ist. Vermutlich ist es einfach zu schmal.

Nettes Appartement für Kurzaufenthalt

Zentral gelegen, nett eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einrichtung, Geschirr usw.neu und sehr sauber. Self check in, Kommunikation freundlich und professionell. Gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder Zwischenstopp

Der Zugang zu den Wohneinheiten ist ein enges Treppenhaus (Wendeltreppe) ohne Handlauf. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im obersten Stock, sind gut zu Fuß und hatten zum Glück nur kleines Gepäck dabei. Mit einem großen Koffer wäre es auf der Treppe und in dem kleinen Flur sehr eng geworden. Ein Hinweis auf die fehlende Barrierefreiheit wäre wünschenswert.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ neu und sehr modern eingerichtet.

die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht ausreichend, außerdem war es nicht so sauber, da scheinbar vorher im Apartment eine Party stattgefunden hat und teilweise noch bunt Papierschnipsel überall herum lagen.

Il y avait tous les services indispensables pour un bon séjour : réfrigérateur, machine à café (avec du café), plaques de cuisson, sèche-cheveux parapluie (et il nous a servi), défroisseur de vêtement, casseroles, etc. Il y avait même un grille-pain 👍. Le canapé convertible nous a bien servi et tout était prévu pour l'utiliser à notre demande. Liste non exhaustive du confort de cet appartement 😊. L'emplacement était impeccable, juste à côté de tous les commerces et du marché. L'appartement est grand! Bien plus grand qu'une chambre d'hôtel et pour un prix vraiment raisonnable 👍

Schöne Tage in Frankenthal

Die Lage war sehr gut in der Innenstadt. 100 m war die Fußgängerzone mit ausreichenden Frühstückscafes. Auch die Restaurants sind zu empfehlen. Nicht so gut war die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung. Sie liegt in 1. Stock, aber die Treppe ist für gehbehinderte - ich bin leicht gehbehindert - nicht empfehlenswert. Sie ist sehr schmal, steil und ohne Geländer. Ich habe mich an beiden Seiten hochgehangelt. Aber für Gesunde Menschen ist die Wohnung hervorragend und sehr groß. Ein paar Handtuch-Haken mehr im Badezimmer wären empfehlenswert. Die Tage waren sehr schön in Frankenthal. Danke

zentrale Lage optimal mit Geschäften drum herum, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Großes Zimmer!

Es gab eine Küche mit Ausstattung, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads vorhanden und Wasserkocher, nur hätte ich mir selber Teebeutel besorgen müssen, was ich auf der Geschäftsreise zeitlich nicht geschafft habe und meinen Tee beim Bäcker um die Ecke geholt habe. Der Dampfbügeleisen hat mir sehr gut geholfen, meine knittrige Wäsche ohne Bügelbrett schnell bügeln zu können!!!

Nachdem ich Tiefgarage gebucht hatte, musste ich in 2 Boxen meinen Appartementschlüssel und Tiefgaragenschlüssel mit 2 verschiedenen Codes herausnehmen. Musste nachts in meinen email account und nach den emails schauen, wo diese mir zugeschickt worden waren, das war das einzig umständliche bei der Ankunft.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Alles war sehr gut.

Unkomplizierter Schlüsselempfang mit PIN in einem kleinen Schlüsseltresor. Sehr freundliches Telefonat mit einer Mitarbeiterin. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, ausreichend groß mit kleiner Kitchenette und Kaffeemaschine. Ein Fön wäre vielleicht noch schön. Das Appartement ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Eine Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden, was für Menschen mit Behinderung evtl problematisch sein könnte.
