    Walking distance to SM MOA.

    The property is conveniently located near major destinations such as SM Mall of Asia (MOA), SMX Convention Center, and IKEA, which is definitely a plus. However, the overall condition of the unit was very disappointing and needs significant improvement. There were numerous small cockroaches inside the unit, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. Even more frustrating, the toilet bowl was not flushing properly. When we raised this concern, the agent, who was quite unaccommodating, simply told us to use the bidet to flush the toilet. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a property that charges a ₱900 property service fee. For that amount, we expected basic facilities to be functional and the unit to be properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations. While the location is excellent, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service need serious attention. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for the sake of future guests.

    Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great and very convenient, especially since it’s within walking distance to MOA. The property was also nice and our stay was generally comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the communication regarding the property fee. We were initially informed that the fee would be ₱900, but we were only informed that it had increased to ₱1,000 when we were already at the property. It would have been better if we had been advised about the change beforehand. Other than that, everything was good overall, and we enjoyed our stay.
