It has a large furnished terrace, and a smaller terrace to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets and sunrises . 2 king beds in the 2 bedrooms, with walk in closets and a work center. This space is perfect for 2 couples or a family. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of the ocean or walk to numerous restaurants, bars and casinos. 12 minute drive to the beauty, history and nightlife of old San Juan. WiFi. AC and fans, to stay connected and comfortable during your stay. Plus, access to the fitness room and coin laundry adds convenience to your trip. Modern and clean with nice beds. Close to restaurants. Condo building next door looks like it is being renovated. No construction noise. Unable to access walk in closet that was supposed to be open. We ran out of toilet paper, perhaps it was in the closet. A dresser in the bedroom would be nice and extra towels in the bathroom. Some communication issues with host. He preferred that we call and we were messaging him. When we did call there was no answer. Seems like the unit is new to VRBO, so hopefully these suggestions will help the host. We would stay here again.

Myself, husband and two teen girls stayed and it was perfect for what we needed. The beach is outside your door and has vendors with umbrellas and chaise chairs for 25/day (the apartment also has 2 beach chairs). There are also a few food/drink carts along the beach which we enjoyed.The beach locations along with proximity to the airport and Old San Juan (both a 10 minute uber ride away) was excellent.There are several restaurants nearby (loved Lechonera Diego for coffee and breakfast sandwiches to go in mornings) and we walked over to Supermercados Pueblo a full service grocery store to ensure some basics and snacks.The unit itself was very clean and updated and the kitchen had everything needed if you want to eat at home. The balconies were a great place to read or have an evening cocktail. While Isla Verde is definitely a very active area and definitely gets louder at night but felt very family friendly (like my aunts and uncles were having a get together) and the noise didn't bother us up on the higher floors and with ACs.Our host Val was great and readily available, checking in to make sure we were all set.Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again, hopefully soon!

First of all, the views are stunning. It’s a very happy, bright and clean condo. All the modern amenities you expect. The waves are enchanting but the location is in a more touristy area so weekends can be loud but I was prepared and brought a white noise machine so I slept just fine.
