Welcome to INDIO JEWEL, a beautifully maintained retreat tucked inside the gates of Indian Palms. Overlooking the golf course and designed with comfort in mind, the home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private pool & spa, and inviting indoor-outdoor spaces to gather, relax, and recharge.
Festival-goers can WALK to the Empire Polo Grounds in minutes, and return to a space that feels worlds away from the crowds—clean, calm, and full of thoughtful touches. This is a place to come back to.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

Sleeping Arrangements:
– Primary Bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom
– Bedroom 2: Queen bed
– Bedroom 3: Queen bed
– Living Room: Pullout queen sofa sleeper
The open-concept living space flows naturally into a fully stocked kitchen, with ample room for shared meals and conversation. Whether you're preparing a group breakfast or winding down with wine after the festival, everything you need is here.

Pool heating is OPTIONAL and available to 78 degrees for an additional $50/night. If you would like the pool heated please let us know in advance as it takes longer in the cooler months to heat. Pool towels provided.
