About this house rental
On Golf Course with Private Hot Tub & 2 Decks with "pictures don't do it justice" views of the # 3 green and surrounding pines.
My family bought the home, after multiple stays.
3 Bedrooms:
# 1 - King
# 2 - Queen
# 3 -Two single trundle beds (2nd mattress pulls out below)
*** Update BR # 3*** Plan is to have 1 Queen and 1 single trundle beginning June 1, 2026
- Walk to 3 different beaches including the hidden gem, Secline Beach (sparse parking, dogs allowed).
*TIP* -Load up car with beach gear, get an early parking spot, quick walk back to the house. Arrive at your leisure.
We do have a wagon if you still prefer to walk to beach.
*Music on the Beach* Free Friday evening concert series
Beach gear provided including a kayak and 2 SUPs.
Walk to shops, cafes, parks and Safeway.
Sledding on hill behind house.
Update: all new kitchen items (dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee maker. Added additional pots and pans.
New furniture.
All new sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.
Second bedroom has 2 trundle beds, so 4 mattresses all together.
10 mins to Northstar Ski Resort, going against the traffic flow!
Save the hassle of parking and take the free bus from the stop close by.
Mt. Rose and Squaw Valley close by.
Ski there, dine here.

Mike has a great house. Location was perfect, walkable to Safeway and a few restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Great kitchen for cooking amd eating with friends. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here - Mike was so detailed with great recommendations, he truly made it a great stay. The house was clean, the golf course was a beautiful view, and great walkable neighborhood. The hot tub was beautiful and clean, and the upper deck was so amazing in morning and evenings! The house had everything we could need, including a wagon for the kids!
