For Mid Term Reservations: For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement. In addition, a background and credit check will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further details. For all mid-term stays, an additional deep cleaning fee of $170 applies.

Please note that this listing is for the upper unit only. The basement is currently unoccupied and used for storage. There is a tenant on the other side of the duplex, and while we strive to provide a peaceful and quiet stay, there is potential for some noise from the neighboring unit. We appreciate your understanding and are confident this won’t impact the comfort of your stay.

A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on the premises, at any one time.
No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
