The spacious second-floor master bedroom features a king-sized bed with seasonal bedding—flannel in winter and cotton in warmer months. The cozy queen & twin rooms also offer comfortable seasonal bedding. The second-floor bathroom includes a tub and shower, along with bath towels, shampoos, conditioners, & a hair dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooks, with a Nespresso machine, frother, coffee maker, & tea selection.
The home also includes a high-tech LG ThinQ washer/dryer combo, making laundry effortless.

Note: The stairs are a bit steep due to the home’s age & may not be suitable for guests w/ mobility issues or recovering from abdominal surgery. There are hand rails on both sides of the stairs.
Note: The lower-level back unit is rented to a Mayo Clinic professional (physician/scientist/nurse) normally with a separate entrance and self-contained space. While both areas are private, you may occasionally hear faint sounds between units.

This house was beyond clean and super cozy. We were in town for Mayo treatment and it was a really comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was fantastic, organized with everything you could need. We really appreciated the laundry as well. The neighborhood is super friendly and there are so many bunnies. I would stay here again!
