High speed wifi, cable, smart tv, Keurig/coffee, dishwasher, Washer/dryer, and water softener. Enjoy making a cup of coffee at the mini bar. Relax in the spacious living room and dining room area. There is a walk out porch from the kitchen and beautiful fenced backyard. Off street parking in a garage. Please use the right hand garage stall for your stay. It was an excellent stay and anytime we needed something or had a question, Broc was amazing in getting back to us right away with it as we were there for a week at Mayo. Garage was also a prefect addition! Would highly recommend and will use again when we are back. It was like being at home.

We could not get the temperature to stay where we wanted it. After a few hours, it would drop.
Also, and this is a problem with most VRBO properties, the kitchen is sparsely equipped.
