Apartment amenities: The apartment features a bright and cheerful living and dining room furnished with a comfortable couch and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen is modern and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—guarantee restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and ensures a pleasant start to the day.For our youngest guests, a crib and a high chair are available in the apartment.
Outdoor Area: A small garden area with a patio invites you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air. Here you can relax and soak up the sun in a beach chair.
Nearby recreational activities: The location of Haus Resi offers numerous opportunities for recreational activities. Explore the beautiful surroundings on long walks or bike rides. As a landlord or booking agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing the booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compost bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
