Child friendly resort "Achtern Diek". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Otterndorf, in a quiet position, 800 m from the sea, 200 m from the lake, 800 m from the beach. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 700 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 2 km, café 600 m, internet café 700 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 1.1 km, sandy beach 800 m (small), grass beach 800 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths 2.5 km, natural swimming pond, bathing lake 200 m. Sports harbour 2 km, indoor tennis centre, children's playground 100 m. The holiday park is located directly behind the Nordseedeich, in one of the most beautiful holiday home areas on the North Sea coast. From the house there are only short footpaths to the North Sea beach, harbor, bathing lake, water ski facility (200 m), boat rental (200 m), the family leisure facilities with playground, skating rink and mini golf (100 m) as well as game and fun barn (150 m) , the weather-independent playground for the whole family. Facilities partly for a fee.

Terrace furniture, conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, telephone (extra), children's high chair. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. From the living- / dining room direct access to the conservatory, the terrace and the small lawn. Separate bicycle storage.

Ferienhaus super, Lage auch. Service schlecht. Da die Dame, die ursprünglich die Schlüsselübergabe vornehmen sollte erkrankt war, wurden wir an die Fa. Niesler verwiesen. Dort von zu Hause Termin an dem Ferienhaus vereinbart. Sind nicht aufgetaucht. Angerufen u. Schlüsselübegabe immer nur im Büro. Mußten dann erstmal die Anschrift erfragen. Es ist übrigens auch ein Schlüsseltresor am Haus vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einen ganz besonderen Charme.Der Wintergarten ist sehr schön und gemütlich.Kurze Wege zum See und Deich.Großer Pluspunkt ist der Umzäunte Garten, gerade wenn man mit Hund verreist.

Das Haus ist eigentlich echt schön, wirkt aufgrund des Holzes in allen Räumen aber sehr dunkel und die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Wir konnten ab ca. 15:30 Uhr endlich ins Haus, bis dahin wurde noch "geputzt'". Im Schlafzimmer konnten wir den Freischwimmer machen...! Der Rest war nicht wirklich sauber. Tierhaare auf den Sitzmöbel, Spinnennetze in sämtlichen Räumen. Alles in allem, ungenügend geputzt.
