The spacious master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and vanity, providing a private space to refresh and prepare for your day. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, the kids will love the beanbag chairs and enjoying a round of classic games on the Nintendo! The third bedroom, privately located off of the living room, has a comfortable queen-sized bed and bright natural lighting. Perfectly spacious to accommodate your family comfortably!
In addition to the ensuite, there is one additional bathroom with a shower/tub combo, making it easy for everyone to gear up for a day of adventure. The spacious living room offers ample seating, ideal for unwinding while enjoying views of Grand Avenue's vibrant shops and restaurants. The full-sized kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, and the large dining table invites group meals or cozy dinners. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this apartment provides a comfortable home base just steps from Grand Lake’s attractions.
Missing the lake views? Step out onto the shared back deck with abundant seating, perfect for breathing in the mountain air. Walk directly from the deck down to the public park and beach. Boat, paddle, swim, fish, & more! Enjoy the popular trailheads for a picturesque hike that are minutes from the apartment. And if cooking isn't in the cards after day on the water, all of Grand Lake's most popular restaurants are steps away!
*This 3-bedroom apartment shares the deck & outdoor seating with Chickadees Nest and the Blue Jays Nest. The entry hallway is also shared between the 3 units. All 3 Nest Units are available to book together, perfect for larger families and friend groups traveling together!

- The minimum age to rent this home is 25
- 4WD / AWD, snow tires or chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is Not Pet-Friendly - No Exceptions
- This home is non-smoking
- No parties or events
- *No oversized vehicles / boats/ trailers / ATV’s or snow machines
- *Parking Spaces Available: 1
- **Full set of exterior 16 stairs required for entry to unit
- *There are 2 security cameras: 1 facing parking lot, 1 in the common hallway
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.
Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
