The property was nice, new and clean. Loved the layout and being on the second floor was a pleasant surprise. There were a few problems however. The dishwasher never worked and was not fixed during our 8 night stay. The unit looks out over the pool area which initially seemed to be a very nice location. However the pool are plays music quite loud from about 845 am to 9pm. This could be heard even with the windows closed. It made any extended time on the patio unbearable. Also the furniture, while nice looking was very uncomfortable. This made evenings watching a ball game or movie not a very good option. The mattresses were very firm. Some like a firm mattress but this was too firm for me. Finally, the pool areas (retreat and oasis) were very nice but had some complex rules about not allowing outside beverages (understandable) but this band included water bottles - which seems excessive. Overall, I might stay in Champions Gate again but not in this unit due to the noise and comfort issues inside the unit.
