After a day of thrills, you can drift back into a themed loft, challenge friends in the game room, or unwind by the private pool while the kids splash in the hot tub. The villa’s playful rooms and spacious common areas give every guest a place to relax and recharge, all within a short drive of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

A TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided. A free washer, free dryer and a dedicated workspace support longer stays and remote needs.

The full kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to enjoy meals together, and a BBQ grill on the patio offers another option for shared dinners.

Step onto the private patio to find a sparkling pool and a hot tub surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. The space is ideal for soaking up the warm Florida air, while the BBQ grill and comfortable seating invite relaxed evenings.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.

My family and I loved the house! It was clean and so spacious we still had more beds available after everyone had their own room.Great location.The owners stayed in touch quick responses.We loved it will be booking again soon!

Very nice home with a lot of nice amenities. Some damaged items in the game room (pool cues and air hockey handles) prevented use of some games but other than that our family enjoyed the house, pool, and clubhouse amenities (lazy river, pool and splash pad). Overall, I found it to be a nice stay and would visit again.
