Welcome to The Lookout at Firefly FLX, our wonderful 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with panoramic views of Cayuga Lake, centrally located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State, in the historic town of Seneca Falls.
When you arrive at Firefly Lookout, you will enter onto our sweet enclosed porch with seating, space to kick off your shoes and drop your coats. Continue inside to find our spacious living room with comfy seating around a large TV, generous dining room, well appointed kitchen, adorable half-bath, and serene sunporch for lounging overlooking beautiful Cayuga Lake.
Ascend the original wooden staircase to find 3 luxurious bedrooms and a full bathroom: Our 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed, spacious dresser and closet, and plenty of space to set up the provided pack-n-play, if needed! The 2nd bedroom is another generous room with a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser. The 3rd bedroom has a lake view with a twin XL bed with trundle and its own TV. There is a handy washer and dryer too! The full bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combo and plenty of plush white towels for everyone! There is A/C throughout this home!
Access The Lookout at Firefly FLX with your very own door code activated for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind. Property and destination information provided. Security cameras on the exterior of the home and private, driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Please take note that the lot next door (lawn and stairs) is protected lands of the Cayuga Nation and NOT to be trespassed upon.
Formerly rented as “Charm on Cayuga”, we have rebranded as The Lookout at Firefly FLX to expand our Firefly vacation rental offerings and we are proud to offer our home for you to enjoy while exploring the Finger Lakes region. Welcome to our favorite state to get outdoors in - New York State! While we do not have lake frontage, we are very close and we do have unobstructed panoramic views of Cayuga Lake with glorious sunrises and all the access you may want to the water is available just down the road at Cayuga Lake State Park. Our lot is small, but the house lives large, while you’re here you are so close to many adventures! There is a public neighborhood playground just 2 houses away.
From The Lookout at Firefly FLX you can boat, hike, or sip the day away. This 3-bedroom home is ideally located near everything on your itinerary. Enhance your adventures by renting a kayak or pontoon boat from a nearby marina, hiring a limo to take you on a wine tour to any of the dozens of wineries nearby, exploring the many majestic waterfalls the region has to offer or enjoy some site seeing and shopping in our historic downtowns dotting the Finger Lakes- each with its own unique charm and character!

We spent a long weekend at this property and enjoyed the heck out of it. There is an abundance of places to go and sites to see from this location, including the gorgeous view of Lake Cayuga out of the back sun room. Next time our family is planning a trip, we may very well decide to book this property again to try and see more of the region. If you can, take the time to travel to Watkins Glen state park, as it was the highlight of our trip.

The house is older but very well taken care of and in a perfect location. The porch on the back is where we spent most of our time watching the lake. We would absolutely go back!
