About this house rental
Our home is a 3 bedroom, lower portion of a tri-plex offering 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins beds and 2 twin cot rollaways, fenced back yard with patio furniture and firepit, full kitchen pet friendly, washer and dryer access, central air. All bedrooms have smart tvs and 43" TV in living room, fast Wi-Fi. Please be mindful when parking, there are 2 designated parking spots in front of the home which is the paved area, please do not park on the cement pad.

We had a great stay! Perfect accommodation for an over night with my husband and our two small children. Chay was so flexible and easy to communicate with. We were so appreciative of the ability to do early check in which allowed us to get the kids down for nap once we arrived! Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a funeral so didn't spend much time here, but it was a great stay. It is small for 5 adults but perfect for a clean safe place to stay. The neighbors Halloween decorations were a great treat!

Just finished a great weekend in Central NY. The owner has a great place for a family get away weekend! Close to town, short drive to other Central NY attractions!
