The master suite features a plush king bed, private access to the pool area, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort. Two guest bedrooms each feature queen beds, offering cozy accommodations for your family or friends, while the fourth bedroom has a full-sized bed for extra space. Up in the loft, you'll find two twin beds—a perfect nook for kids or extra guests.

Start your mornings by the pool, enjoy a BBQ with the outdoor grill, and spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit. New Smyrna Beach is a stunning barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River in Central Florida. It boasts an impressive 13-mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches, making it a haven for water enthusiasts. If you're feeling adventurous, New Smyrna is renowned as the surfing capital of Florida, where you can catch some waves or watch skilled locals ride the big ones near the jetties. For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

In season (Mid-January through March & June through July) we rent Saturday to Saturday. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay with us!

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
