This large 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. With breathtaking views and plenty of room for the whole family, this home will be perfect for your vacation. Beautiful ocean views from every room in the house. Perfect home for one large family or two families.
Come stick your toes in the sand. Direct ocean front beach home located on North Atlantic, steps to the sand and walking distance to Flagler Avenue with all of the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and activities.
Breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, all guest bedrooms, and master bedroom. Enjoy your sunrises on the balcony every morning with your tea or coffee! Enter the home into the living room while looking directly out at the blue ocean and sandy beach, first floor features living room with a flat screen tv and sitting area with dining table looking out to the ocean, dining area that seats 6 people comfortably, kitchen, laundry room, guest bedroom with King bed, en suite bath, walk in closet, and deck to sit out on grill and watch the waves. Second floor features a large master bedroom with en suite bath, king size bed, walk in closet and ocean views that you can walk out to the upper deck balcony overlooking the ocean. There are two guest rooms upstairs along with another full bathroom. One guest bedroom has twin beds. The second guest bedroom has a futon and a desk incase you have to work on your vacation. This is a great value! Everything works and everything is clean!
Yes, we do accept pets. Pet fee is $125 for 7 days and under. $250 over 7 days per pet. Max of 2 pets. Sorry but no aggressive dogs.
Please note there are cameras in the front and rear of house to deter unwelcomed guests when not occupied.

Location Location Location ... Beachfront gem. So convenient to be just a few steps from the sandy beach. Comfortable home. Close to Flagler shops & restaurants. Would stay again.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this property. The layout of the home fit our family perfectly. The location is amazing, walking to Flagler is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores. The location on the beach is my favorite. There is a food truck a few houses down making it nice to be able to grab lunch on the beach. The management company was super easy to deal with, Jaime was in constant communication with us. Anything we needed, she would make sure we had. We had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. We can't wait to go back to NSB and stay at this house again!

While the house and furnishings could use updating, its location on the beach and proximity to Flagler Ave. makes up for the shortfalls.

I thought I was doing business with VRbO, turns out they are just the go between and they charge you a small fee. In the end you sign a contract with someone you know nothing about. I was presented a contract for 1000.00 more than the agreed price and what looked to be a monthly lease. Still haven’t received my deposit back, they literally said they are putting a check in the mail.
