The room I booked through Agoda was completely different from what was advertised in the photos. The images shown on the booking page were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the room provided.
Upon check-in, I found that the room was old, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The bed sheets and bed covers appeared dirty, and the pillow underneath the pillow cover was visibly blackened due to excessive use and lack of proper cleaning. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
In addition, there was no hot water available during my stay, which caused significant inconvenience.
I am also concerned about the safety of the property. Since the hotel is attached to a bar, several individuals came and knocked on my door around midnight. This created an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. I strongly believe that solo travelers, especially female travelers, may not feel safe staying at this property.

We visited this hotel very late night but the service provided by the staff was extremely good including the security staff to carry our luggage and the reception staff, also the rooms are in very good condition with all the amenities required to stay at the hotel, overall a great experience 👍🏻
