    It was a true value for money. With the standards Mumbai seems to set up, I think Crown Inn provides you with everything you can expect from a budget hotel and more. The room was clean and fully equipped, the staff nice, the food decent. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

    Purely money minded. Without consent of Existing stayers for continuation of room (we stayed almost (10 days above for our business work), they allotted our room to somebody saying you didn't say anything about continuation. It is minimum courtesy that since our luggages are in room, and we didn't confirm the checkout , by default the room will be treated as continuation and the day will be charged. But they send us saying room is given to somebody. Further shocking fact, the room is used by somebody (not cleaning personnel to clean) during the last days of our stay, it was locked by us and cross checked on last day before licking. The room to lock key must be two times used . When we comeback the room opend with one time use. And the bathroom is ugly with dust something. Remotes are not in place. So, these are all shows their unprofessionalism. Shame on them, for creating inconvenience. Ethics and professionalism are important and integrity is essential. Don't go for long stay. For one day or two days that's okay. Bit waste people.

    We stayed in the hotel almost 15 days. Without informing the customer as we went to our work , these hotel people given booking to others and when we come back these people said your room is already given to some others. Irresponsible behaviour. I request don't stay in the hotel if you want good hospitality.

    Very bad service, ac not working the whole night, room full of mosquitoes and no good night provided till 1 am.
