Все є в помешканні!!!

До моря не 1 км, а на багато більше! Рушники попрані та запрані до зміни кольору, постіль в кольорових плямах, теж 100500 разів поралась і не мінялась на нову! Саме помешкання має гарний ремонт, як тільки виїжджаєш за ворота там один великий смітник! пательню треба міняти, на ній готувати неможливо!!! Це дрібниці але коли їх багато, враження міняється!)

De laatste 800 meter nasr het appartement was niet geasfalteert en erg hobbelig. Geen winkel in de buurt en druk in het verkeer. Alleen airco in de woonkamer. Geen gezellig licht in de woonkamer. Miste enkele dingen: extra pan, shampoo, schaar, vuilniszakken.

Great location — the apartment is situated slightly away from the busy areas, which makes it peaceful while still being a very convenient base for those traveling by car. The apartment is very well equipped. The main living area has large, comfortable sofas, there is efficient air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, and shutters. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large wardrobe, so there is plenty of space to store your belongings. There is also a washing machine, a comfortable shower, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages is the beautiful view and the large terrace that practically surrounds the entire floor. There is a table and chairs, so you can relax outside and enjoy the surroundings. A big plus is the excellent communication with the owner. Even though all communication was through WhatsApp, every question and every issue was handled practically immediately. During our stay, we had a few adventures related to the storm in Saranda, but we felt well taken care of, and all inconveniences beyond the owner’s control were addressed promptly. About a 7-minute walk away, there is a beach with a restaurant and the option to rent sunbeds — a great alternative for people who prefer quieter places than the more crowded beaches in central Saranda. In the direction of Ksamil, there are also several interesting beaches worth visiting. It was a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely remember our time in Albania for a long time.

The only small things that could be improved would be adding one or two smaller pots and another frying pan. These are minor details and more about perfecting the apartment rather than actual shortcomings.

Nous avons loué 2 appartements car nous étions 8. Appartements modernes très spacieux, très propre et décorés avec soins. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner. Petite plage de galet très sympathique à 10 min à pieds. Propriétaire très gentille qui réponds rapidement aux messages. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Climatisation uniquement dans le salon. Nous avons eu chaud dans les chambres (heureusement que j’avais apporté mon mini ventilateur portable qui a sauvé nos nuits) L’emplacement de l’appartement est tres excentre du centre de Sarande, il faut être véhiculé (surtout pendant les fortes chaleurs) pour se balader dans la partie centrale et animée de la ville.
