Ο ιδιοκτήτης καθώς και η ανιψιά του είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Μας διέθεσαν το σπίτι δύο ώρες νωρίτερα από την προβλεπόμενη ώρα του check in. Επίσης, ήταν άμεση η επικοινωνία με μηνύματα. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το κρεβάτι υπέρδιπλο και με άνετο στρώμα. Θα μοιραστείτε το πλυντήριο και το στεγνωτήριο με τον ιδιωτική καθώς βρίσκονται στην κοινή είσοδο του σπιτιού. Η τοποθεσία είναι σχετικά μακρυά από βασικά σημεία της Ρώμης και τον σταθμό του τρένου (δύσκολο με τα πόδια)20’-30’ περπάτημα για όλους οσοι έχουν παιδιά.
Εχει πολλή φασαρία από τα φορτηγάκια που μαζεύουν άδεια μπουκάλια. Δεν βρίσκεις εύκολα κάδο απορριμμάτων στον δρόμο. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου τρίζει, η αποχέτευση σε νιπτήρα και ντουζιέρα είναι βουλωμένη.

L’accueil en personne est réconfortant. Propreté et confort de l’appartement, une très belle décoration et le calme de la résidence malgré la proximité de restaurants et commerces La fontaine de trevi test a proximité et tous les autres sites sont accessible à pied L’appartement est cosy et correspond bien aux photos
