The nearby streets to Piazza Scanderberg, especially around the Trevi Fountain offer a wide choice of restaurants and osterias, where you can enjoy true Roman cuisine. The metro A, stations Barberini and Piazza di Spagna can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot.
Numerous bus lines stop along Via del Tritone (53, 62, 63, 71, 83, 85, 116, 160, 492; in Via del Traforo the line 71 to Tiburtina Station.

The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a breakfast room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Upon entering the house you are greeted by a hallway, to the left of this hallway is the living room and to the right the bedroom, breakfast room, kitchen and bathroom.
The flat is equipped with floor fans.
The living room has two single sofa beds( 100cm x 190cm), a dining table with four chairs, a television corner, a chest of drawers and a large bookcase. Paintings, mirrors and lamps complete the furnishings.
The bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables , a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Paintings, mirrors and lamps complete the furnishings.
The kitchen is complete with a stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher , washing machine , cutlery and crockery for six people. In the breakfast room there is a refridgerator, a table with four chairs and a tall sideboard.
The bathroom has sanitary ware and a small tub with a handheld shower.

This flat is located in a top location, within walking distance of all tourist attractions. The flat is of a good size, is light and has a nice living room and bedroom. The kitchen is outdated but functional. The bathroom is a real disaster. It is tiny and completely floods each time one has a shower meaning you always sit on the toilet with your feet on a very wet floor. It is impossible to get the bathroom floor dry, even when it is 35 degrees outside with the window open. The bathroom has a lot of mould. It is old and dirty. The owner should definitely renew the whole bathroom to make this property fit for rental.
