Mehrere Reparaturen notwendig: gebrochener WC-Sitz, WC von Holzfigur gestützt, kaputte Lampen, fehlende Glühbirnen, Zargen und Scheuerleisten bedürfen Reparatur etc.; Ausstattung der Küche eher dürftig (z.B. zu wenig Besteck, Tassen) für Selbstversorger; sehr steile Tiefgaragen-Zufahrt, Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion hat nicht getrocknet

Very cosy appartment in the centre of Tirana, very clean and private parking. Good beds, good shower! We return Saturday and it will already feel like coming home 🏠❤️

Byt strategicky velmi dobře situovám v centru města v dosahu všeho. Parkování je trochu dobrodružné při vjezdu do garáží .... je potřeba jet opatrně. Výtah je taky trochu dobrodružný .... myslím tím jeho ovládání pomočí čipu .... musíte zjistit kam přiložit :-).

The host was very communicative and helpful. I asked for slippers because of the shower problem, and they brought them immediately.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Unfortunately, there was very low water pressure in the shower, and sometimes there was no hot water at all, so I had to skip showering twice. The water also had an unpleasant smell, likely from a water tank. The shower cabin was not clean, and I found hair inside. The toilet seat was broken on the left side, which made it uncomfortable and a bit unsafe to use. The bed sheets did not seem properly washed, and the duvet had no cover at first, but after I contacted the host, they were very kind and brought clean ones immediately. The kitchen had everything needed, but it was not very clean. Heating worked well, and the apartment is modern, but the interior feels old and worn, with many things hard to use. The iron did not work and seemed to be there just for decoration. The hair dryer also did not produce any hot air, only cold.
