Mountain-Top Ocean View in Coffs Harbour

Amazing view from balcony, loved the water pool and outside kitchen area. Property was clean and well furnished, easily accessible from main attractions and shops. Owners were kind as well, always responded whenever we needed assistance or had questions…

There were big spiders in rooms .. hope owners do pest control soon. Also would be good if there was vacuums cleaner provided so we could clean by ourselves during stay.

Beautiful spot, such a lovely view. In a quiet area but still close to all areas. Owners were lovely!

While the indoor space is clean, the outdoor kitchenette isn't. The dining table is very dusty and sticky. There is an army of ants from the sink to the stove. Also it doesn't look like the freezer has been cleared out after previous stay as it's full. We couldn't use the private pool due to safety issue. There is a pool cleaner with long cable inside the pool at all times. The pool cleaner is connected to power supply and cleans the pool automatically every morning. The private pool has a security camera directly over the pool area. We didn't use the black bath towels which has pretty bad damp smell but fortunately we found 2 clean towels in the wardrobe. The second bedroom has several holes in the wall. There is potential to make it a comfortable place with proper maintenance and good housekeeping.
