Pet friendly, Close to beach, Great variety of beaches available, Good shower, comfortable bed, spacious, thoughtful and tasteful decor / furniture and nice little extra touches provided, really good ceiling fans, nice kitchen, good balcony, great natural light, very close to good-value restaurant (Bowls Club), undercover parking, and responsive professional owner.
Dog not permitted on closest beach / park area but plenty of other beach options, parking underneath but open carport style so not secure. Unfortunately arrived on day demolition of cafe next door started but owner handled bad situation very promptly and professionally and shouldn’t be an ongoing issue. TV screen a little small given distance to seating.

The location was great, beach right across the road and shops etc just down the road, great coffee just below unit. Amazing shower with great pressure.
Generally clean but mould on all the window sills, especially bad in the bathroom and no extractor fan available to use and a strong musty smell in the bathroom.
