El trato de su personal, pendiente y amable, la ubicación cerca de todo lo del centro y de los principales sitios de historia, plazas y comida de esta bella ciudad, también cerca para que te lleven a los diferentes excursiones como valle sagrado, montaña de colores, y Machu Picchu.También es muy seguro.

La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir a varios lugares caminando desde ahí, además varios transportes pasan en esa calle y los tpurs llegan sin problema, además hay muchos lugares para comer cerca de la zona y el mercado que Wachaq está muy cerca, además nos permitieron ducharnos después de un tour sin costo extra ya que habíamos dejado ahí las maletas después de hacer check-out, en esa parte hubo mucha amabilidad.
No pude estar durante el día porque tomé tours, pero la gente que salía más temprano a esos tours hablaba en la sala de estar que es el espacio a donde dan las habitaciones, así que el ruido era muy alto, además solo en poca ocasiones me tocó ver al personal ya que no estaban por ahí, no pude preguntar o aclarar algunas dudas y el agua de la ducha normalemente está tibia-fría, no pude calentarse totalmente y tiene problemas para regularse.

Pretty, warm , comfortable beds good location
Hard to find, look at the numbers as there’s no sign outside!
Inside courtyard is noisy when local people talk loudly on their phone at 6.30 am !!! A bit inconsiderate I thought.

Sehr zentrale Lage und freundliches Personal. Warme Dusche mit genügend Wasserdruck. Schöner Innenbereich mit ein paar Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und man konnte kaum schlafen, da ein Kind nachts immer im Nachbarzimmer Geschrien hat. Zudem war es sehr dunkel im Zimmer da es nur ein kleines Fenster gab, was allerdings in den Innenbereich hinausging. Das eine Bett war leider kaputt und die Kissen sehr unbequem.
