The staff. The lovely smell of clean sheets. The location. The clean kitchen and clean bathroom. Hot water in the shower. The owner let me leave my bags all day. Welcomed me and offered me tea or coffee when I went to collect them. And because I had a problem with my Uber he even took me to the bus station. Definitely gets a 10 rating from me.

Nice clean room, the place was under construction so we were unable to use the shared space, but the owner allowed us to stay until evening without any additional charge, which was really helpful because of our night bus.
The room is a bit cold at night, but it’s usual to Cusco

The location is incredible, and the apartment is beautiful and spacious. It was very comfortable for a week long stay.
The WiFi worked, but was a little bit slow if you needed to work from home and be on zoom calls all day. Otherwise it was perfect.

The price was very good and the hotel was in a good location with a short walk to many attractions. The room was equipped with cooking facilities.
Our room was in the bottom floor which was close to the outside door and stair well which was quite noisy.
