Great location and excellent hospitality. We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. Location: Exactly 400m from the Sanctuary, just as advertised. Very convenient. Cleanliness: The apartment was neat, clean, and perfectly tidy. Host: Incredibly accommodating! They kindly let us drop our bags off early because of our early flight. Amenities: Having a kitchen was very useful, and the provided fans were lifesaver since the weather was very hot.

W mojej ocenie można poprawić: 1. Zamontowanie w kabinie prysznicowej półki na roznej na kosmetuki. Pojemnik z żelem do mycia stał na kranie, co przy niewielkich rozmiarów kabiny groziło w każdej chwili straceniem na posadzkę. 2.Bezwględnie należy udrożnić odpływ w kabinie i umywalce w łazience, bowiem woda nie spływa norm,alnie lecz gromadzi sie w brodziku i umywalce - spływa bardzo, bardzo powoli. 3.. Większa ilość talerzy głebokich i płytkich. Na dwie osoby wystarczające ilości ale na 4 już nie. 4.Przy przygotowaniu apartamentu dla następnego klienta powinny być uzupełnione wszystkie płyny -kosmetyki, aby nie bylo później problemu, że zabraknie jak w naszym przypadku. Tu trzeba pochwalić gospodarzy, że bardzo szybko zareagowali i żel pod prysznic został uzupełniony.

This is my second stay with this property in Lourdes within a month. The host was wonderful, very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and respond to our messages very promptly. The place is clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. It is fully equipped with all basic amenities for preparing breakfast or a meal, and the washing machine with dryer is definitely an advantage if you have a longer stay. The heating system is good and the shower is powerful too. The location is great, within 5 minutes walk to the St. Joseph Gate of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. There are numerous food and beverages outlets nearby. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.
