The hotel is located directly across from the beach. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff very attentive, and the room is perfectly appointed. The bathroom was located upstairs, separate from the bedroom, but it was an amazing outdoor bathroom suite. Maybe it could’ve benefited from an outdoor fan. The food in the hotel was amazing. Highly recommend!

My group and I stayed over the weekend and unfortunately our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with billing transparency and the room allocation process.
Upon arrival, We were first asked to pay the full amount immediately as the property was managed by a Dubai-based company. When we attempted to pay by card, we were told cash was preferred, and finally we were asked to make a bank transfer to a personal local bank account, not a company account.
The room we were given was much smaller than what was shown in the Agoda photos and was not the room we had confirmed the booking for. Only after insisting did they show us the correct room from the listing, they claimed it accommodated 8 pax and charged us an additional LKR 40,000 to move there.
At check out, our invoice was issued in AED with no visible exchange rate or tax breakdown for us to recheck the calculation. The days exchange rate was also wrong in comparison to the one they used on their company system with a 4-5 AED difference. Only after pointing out the discrepancy multiple times did we receive a refund of the difference—clearly against their willingness.
While the property itself is clean and the facilities are decent, the lack of transparency, miscommunication, and questionable billing practices left us extremely disappointed.
Also, note that there is no elevator, so be prepared to use stairs.
