Location is not great, the apartment is grouse - it was never refreshed since 1980s and has not been properly washed for
The best feature of the property was the terrace, which was as large as the apartment itself although it was covered with 50cm of snow…
The floor, sofas, beds, mattresses, curtains and the carpet were filthy. We woke up with swollen eyes from dust mites The equipment is extremely old and disassembled No proper cookware - we had to buy (modern) pans on our own There is no ski locker assigned to the apartment The parking place is low so we had to remove our ski box to park there The shower was assembled from random leaking parts….

Appartamento trascurato, sporco e con dotazioni inadeguate.
Posizione comoda per la cabinovia Marileva 1400, bella vista sulla Val di Sole. Parcheggio agevole per auto di dimensioni contenute.
Appartamento con moquette visibilmente sporca, impossibile da pulire con l'aspirapolvere in dotazione, ormai inefficace. Bagno in cattive condizioni: portasapone e doccino rotti. Una sera l'acqua calda non arrivava. Elettrodomestici datati e poco funzionali. Dalla descrizione non risultava che la biancheria da bagno e da letto fosse a pagamento (20 € a persona), né che il letto a castello si trovasse nel soggiorno insieme al divano letto. Inoltre la rete del letto matrimoniale è instabile e appoggiata di pochi millimetri: basta un movimento brusco per farla cadere.
