Great location, comfy housing, but not delivering as promised.

The apartment is really large and has attractive two story layout. Mezzana is on a great location near very famous ski resorts and it is very close to travel to day trips to various landmarks and interesting towns.

EV charger was offered in the apartment's description, but wasn't available on site - we were directed to a public charger 500 meters away from Casa Martini, but that one didn't work during the whole duration of our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved - especially the carpets and the blankets. The rules for the guests are very strict - clean the kitchen, take out the garbage, don't shower in the night hours (?!) etc. We went to take the garbage out to the indicated public recycle bin, but the access to it is possible just with a special card, which we didn't get - so the guests can either leave it in the apartment (against the rules), take it with them, or make a felony and leave it by the container.

Great location for families with kids. Easy to talk to the host and great size of rooms

Kitchen is old and sauce pans needs a bit of refresher.

Superb

Excellent location, close to ski bus (just few steps), about 5-minute ride to Marilleva 900. There is a small supermarket in the same building. You can find some bars, restaurants and cafes in Mezzana. Very nice town. Apartment is well equipped - washing machine, hair drier, kitchen tools, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi - everything you need. Just missed dishwashing soap. Easy check in and chek out. Free parking.

Acoustics - you hear almost everything what's happening in other two apartments.

świetna lokalizacja jako baza na narty, ciepło i klimatycznie, skibus

Na miejscu są dostępne 3 apartamenty, zlokalizowane na poddaszu, świetny klimat i wystrój. Każdy apartament ma antresolę, sypialnię z łóżkiem podwójnym i sypialnię z dwoma łóżkami (tapczany bądź łóżko piętrowe), do tego aneks kuchenny z salonem gdzie potencjalnie można by było wstawić jakąś dostawkę. Natomiast "standardowo" każdy apartament jest przygotowany na 4 osoby. My podróżowaliśmy w 2 rodziny każda 5 osób więc wzięliśmy 3 apartamenty, więc trochę miejsca się "marnowało". W apartamentach jest świetne ogrzewanie, jak ktoś jest ciepłolubny to może być naprawdę cieplutko. Skibus linii B w zasadzie pod budynkiem. Sklep spożywczy z rozsądnymi cenami i świetnym zaopatrzeniem też.

Sytuacja losowa ale akurat u nas zepsuła się zmywarka więc trzeba było zmywać ręcznie po całej rodzinie - natomiast serwisant miał się pojawić po naszym pobycie, wcześniej nie miał czasu :-). Jeśli chodzi o narciarnię - jest na dole natomiast nie ma gniazdka z prądem, więc jeśli ktoś ma mokre buty narciarskie to lepiej zabrać na górę do apartamentu i sobie dosuszyć.

Ottima esperienza anche se breve

Appartamento molto accogliente, spazioso ed attrezzato. Comunicazioni molto precise e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci tornerei.

La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata. L'appartamento ha buone potenzialità e con un ammodernamento nell'arredamento e pavimenti (ha moquette vecchia) diventerebbe top.

La composizione della casa . Camere da letto al piano inferiore e cucina piano superiore . Televisore in camera da letto non vi era . Ho dovuto contattare chi gestiva per avere la password Wi-Fi

Lokal przestronny, choć jedna sypialnia ciasna. Jest to mieszkanie staromodnie urządzone. Ale właściciel i personel b.pomocny i szybko reagują. Miejscowość cicha i b. spokojna . Mały sklepik na dole budynku.

Kabina prysznicowa b. mała, kuchenka do gotowania beznadziejna, dwie stare płyty, w tym jedna uszkodzona.

Velmi dobra komunikacia s majitelom, vsetko potrebne vybavenie. Krasne prostredie. Vyborne na relax a oddych. Aj ked je v dome viac apartmanov, bol tam klud. Vyhodou je obchod, ktory sa nachadza na prizemi😄

Günstig und sehr einfach

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke hervorragend, Der kleine Supermarkt hatte alles was man zum Frühstück braucht zu normalen Preisen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und reibungslos.

Das Bett war sehr weich, die Herdplatten in der Küche, war eine defekt und eine zusätzliche ließ sich nicht ein- oder ausstellen sodass man immer den Stecker ziehen musste. Die Toilettentür ist verzogen und war nur mit Kraftaufwand zu schließen.

Dobra lokalizacja. skibus 50 m od apartamentu co ok 10 min. Bardzo miła Pani przekazała nam klucze wcześniej. Duży plus apartament bardzo ciepły. Nie było problemu z wczesnym opuszczeniem apartamentu.

Można poprawić wyposażenie.
