The Adam

Location was amazing. Apartment was emaculate. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Impressive.

The shower was missing a door, so it wasn't possible to take a shower.

The place was very clean, a decent size for 2 people or even 2 couples. The decor was contemporary and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The apartment was very well appointed and everything was in working order. Towels, toiletries, linens., etc. were all provided and on par with a 3- or 4-star hotel. Only a 5 minute drive to the retail district, and an 8 minute drive to Cedar Point. Beds and seating were comfy, location was quiet, peaceful, and easy to get to. Communication was great and checking in was no hassle at all. Excellent value. It really felt like lodging and not like we were invading a stranger's place for a few days. Would definitely consider the Adam again for a stay in Sandusky.

Minor issues: 1. The lighting really needs dimmer switches and/or some table/floor lamps; 2. The A/C units worked well but were quite loud. 3. The shower door was missing (though it was still possible to take a shower).

Great location, great value

I liked the location from where we were visiting. TV in every room was nice, and it was enough room for a family of 4-5. Cute kitchen nice appliances.

Apt 404 There was no central air, different units in rooms. It was very warm when we checked in. The units worked okay but not good. Should have been cleaned better and needs some tlc for example fresh paint and repairs to front door. The front door had light coming through both sides as if it had been kicked in and never repaired properly. The bed in the master was squeaky and clearly in need of a new frame. The kid’s room, the latter was very sketchy. I think a better option for the top loft is needed for sure. No soap in the bathroom, and sink did not drain properly.
