About this apartment rental

Our home is a 1500 sq ft condo in downtown Sandusky, OH - Close to restaurants, shopping, the islands, Cedar Point, and Sports Force. One block away from the Jet Express ferry!

Two bedrooms, two full baths, a full eat in kitchen, family room with loveseat and sofa, balcony overlooking Lake Erie & downtown. Queen size, King Koil, inflatable bed.

Washer/Dryer in the unit!

Guests also have access to the property’s pool, fitness facility, and outdoor grill.

This is not an investment property, it’s our home - we welcome you to be our guest!

* the bunk room does have a door - only the bedroom in the loft is open to the rest of the condo.
* both TVs are smart TVs with streaming ability, but no cable.

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, spent our weekend in Sandusky enjoying the Tommy Boy Festival! This was the perfect location to enjoy all the festivities. The condo, building and grounds were all VERY nice. We spent some time at the pool which was a nice large area with chairs, tables and umbrellas for families. We liked that the grounds were gated and the building was very secure. This unit was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the pier and lake. We would definitely return! The owners were excellent with communication. It was a great trip!

This was an awesome location for a quick trip to Cedar Point!! It was clean and had all the amenities you could want. It has an amazing view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Being a young person, it was very easy to navigate the stair situation. I don’t know that my aging parents could handle it, but it’s an awesome spot for young families! Most important to me was safety- and I always felt VERY safe. The location is secure and there was never a moment I didn’t feel safe. Kristen was an excellent host and answered all my questions! Thank you for everything, and I can’t wait to come back.

We were in town to visit family over the 4th. This location was perfect and close to everything we wanted within walking distance downtown Sandusky and family. It was super cute and clean and very comfortable for our family of 4! The outdoor balcony area was a bonus so we could witness all the live music and entertainment at Jackson Pier from the comfort of our rental. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the condo. The owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond in supplying us with a coffee maker when the unit's was broken. Lovely having a washer and dryer, overall a great stay.

Perfect location right on the lake. Condo was extremely clean, gorgeous & welcoming. Access & instructions were easy. I was in town to participate in the Ironman 70.3 The town was very supportive. Complimentary yoga class on the pier was wonderful. The pool was so nice. Highly recommended!

the Loft is so awesome, it gives you a little space to have as the parents, and kids enjoyed the double bunk! cool places to walk and take in the view!

The location was great, on the lake with a very nice pool. The unit was clean and had a spacious living area and adequate kitchen. The main bedroom was very nice and the second bedroom was adequate but interesting for adults as it could sleep 5 kids but only 3 adults and tricky for adults to maneuver bunk beds. Overall a great location and very nice unit. Thanks for a great stay.

This condo was amazing. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were in town for the 2024 eclipse. The condo overlooked Jackson Street Pier so we were able to enjoy the live music right from the condo. We docked our boat at the Paper District Marina, right next door. Super convenient location, right downtown.

The location is beautiful - right on the water, can see Cedar Point from the balcony (across the lake), decor is very nice and they offered to help ourselves to anything! The boys loved the 2 story loft, and probably wouldnt recommend for older folks. But if you are looking for a great, safe, cool place to stay in Sandusky - this is a great one!

Located close to trendy restaurants and coffee places. Ferry to Cedar Point or islands right next to lofts. Unit has great views of Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Pool and hot tub were great. Owners instructions were fantastic and precise. Family of 5 stayed here. Loft was great for us and bunk bed and trundle bed for three daughters. Very clean and amenities were great as far as kuerig and pods as well as stocked kitchen.

This property was perfect for my family and what we were looking for. Walking distance to restaurants and the Jackson Pier. To our luck we got to witness the Iron Man and a tribute band of Fleetwood Mac, all from the unit/condo balcony. We enjoyed our time in Sandusky. Went to Cedar Point, a few local wineries, took the Jet Express ferry to Put in Bay Island and a day trip to Cleveland for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Christmas Story House. This place is it if you are looking for a stay in Sandusky area.

We had a great time - relaxed most of the time and then off the the Coasters at cedar point. The Fireworks were fun to watch from the balcony. Unfortunatly I went home with the parking pass - I will be sending it back ASAP !!

Overall we had a good stay. We selected this condo because we planned to visit Cedar Pointe. We had 5 adults. Great location for it. The pool was very nice. We couldn't locate the air mattress which apparently was purchased to replace the pull out sofa, so we had to have people sleep on the ground and sofa. The owners didn't specify where it was located. That info. should be provided in a binder along with some other basic info like where additional towels are located, etc. As an older adult, it was a bit difficult to get up and down of the bunk bed in the bedroom on the main floor. Not really well suited for adults at all or handicapped people. I would consider replacing it with a standard queen bed. The condo was very clean and the building was kept very nice. Good kitchen supplies, although we only really needed glasses and silverware. There was not enough Keurig coffee pods for our group of 5 adults for a 2 day stay. Wish there would have been more left for guests. We only had 5 PODs in total. I Recommend putting in a drip coffee maker so that more coffee can be made at one time and stock coffee and filters for guests. FYI, the deck really isn't much of a deck. Its extremely tiny. You can't do much out there at all, but get fresh air.

This condo was exactly like the listing and exceeded our family's expectations. It was clean, well-stocked, and allowed our family of four to spread out comfortably. Our kids loved the spiral staircase :) The drive to Cedar Point amusement park was quick and easy. Communication with Kristen was easy and prompt. We hope to be back soon!

Our stay was great. The only obstacle was retrieving the key to access the condo, but that was dictated by the condo association not the owner. The place is great location to the park and to downtown Sandusky. We would stay there again in the future.
