Ruim appartement met een mooie inrichting, fijne locatie buiten de drukte van het station, maar nog steeds super bereikbaar. Sfeervol en rustgevend appartement met gezellige woonkamer!
Het appartement leek niet echt onderhouden, bijvoorbeeld het niet werkende koffiezetapparaat door kalkaanslag, stof in de hoeken en verwaarloosde planten. Oppervlakkig schoongemaakt.

The communication was excellent The appartment was lovely and clean and typically Italian with amazing views from the lounge window.
I thought that it was not the greatest value for money and although close to the central station, a little bit far from the centre.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale e anche vicino alla fermata della metropolitana Lima, che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali attrazioni della città. La zona è ben servita, con negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi molto pratica per chi viaggia.
Purtroppo, l’alloggio non ha rispecchiato le aspettative create dalle foto su Booking. Gli ambienti appaiono molto diversi da come vengono mostrati online e diversi mobili risultano rotti o danneggiati. In generale, la casa avrebbe bisogno di una buona manutenzione e di maggiore cura nei dettagli. Per il prezzo pagato, mi sarei aspettato uno standard decisamente più alto: il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente.
